I have used i-70 quite a few times now. Initially, I picked them due to a insurance / requirement etc. And I was a little dubious about this little shop located on this little triangle in the most confusing intersection ever. But I have come to really trust these guys. Are they in a weird place and I'm still trying to figure out what Google maps is saying when I drive there? Yes. Do they have the tiniest parking lot? Yes. BUT I keep coming back because they never treat me like I'm dumb girl. ( Yes in this day and age, mechanics still do that. ) I don't ever feel like I am being conned or confused. When I ask them what that part is for, they explain it. They are decent respectful men with good customer service skills. They take pictures, they communicate, they are very clear about what needs to happen and if it can't happen, why it can't.

Best customer service of any mechanic I have ever been to! Was recommended by a friend and now don’t take my car anywhere else. They check up with you about any repairs after you have taken your car in. I had a reoccurring coolant leak issue that I had come in multiple times for and they didn’t give up on trying to resolve the issue and didn’t charge me after the initial repair to fix it. Reasonable pricing, thorough on their vehicle inspections, and are super friendly/pleasant to work with.

I got an appointment online, then received confirmation and reminders. The work was excellent. I will continue to use I 70 auto!

I was in town visiting when my serpentine belt broke not far from their shop. I coasted in and assumed it was my alternator. These guys were booked until the next week, gave me recommendations on other shops to call, all were also busy until the next week. They still looked at my engine and got me up and running the same day. Don’t expect that, I feel lucky because they knew I was from out of town and needed my vehicle. Anyways 5/5 customer service and mechanics.
