I have started going to I-70 regularly. They are very capable and professional. The prices are reasonable. They are not pushy unlike some dealership experiences I've had. They take care of my car issues and if ever the problem is not resolved, they will fit me in to the schedule and reevaluate the problem without charging me again for the diagnostics. Good people and trustworthy

I-70 Auto service is an amazing shop. I was looking for someone who could work on my Lexus but not charge dealer prices. I was in luck. Everyone here is kind and hard working. I appreciate the inspection report that come with every service.

I was in town from Texas when my Chevy 2500HD diesel broke down. I called multiple repair shops but, none worked on diesel’s. Joe and his team were confident in knowing they could help me out. They recommend a tow service and provided me a quick rough estimate. This was my first experience using a repair shop as I don’t trust anyone to work on my vehicles. The communication far exceeded my expectations! The team provided me with a full inspection report of my truck as well. I had a couple special requests I wanted looked at prior to my trip back to Texas. These items were taken care of and recommendations were given. The invoice amount was more than fair for the services that were provided. My only complaint is that I-70 is not closer to me in Texas. This is a top notch shop, if your in town needing repairs or live close by this should be your go to repair shop! Thank you to the entire I-70 team!

When your transmission AND engine light come on, you call your mechanic. But what about when you are 600 miles from home and they talk you through what they’d do (how to get the codes and then look them up)? Then they close the shop but call to check on you after hours and make sure you’re still doing well and the car is running smooth… Y’all, I don’t recommend just anyone for things, but if you need a good mechanic, I can’t speak highly enough of Joe and Tyler at I-70 Auto. For the almost five years I’ve lived in KC, these guys have taken care of me and my car. But tonight they went above and beyond and I cant find words to express how thankful I am for them. Three ladies traveling home and they care enough to call and check in on us after my call for helpful advice - following up even after they close the shop and are home with the family. If you need a good mechanic you can trust, I recommend them with no hesitations. Thank you Joe & Tyler.

Joe was my service advisor and he was excellent and helpful at relaying information on my vehicle I brought in. I recently purchased a 2006 Land Rover Range Rover HSE, and I recommend this place to anyone that has also purchased a land rover and would like an alternative repair shop than the dealership. I brought her in to get her oils changed and a pre purchase inspection. They seem to stay busy so be patient it's worth it.
