Easy to schedule an appointment, I filled out the form online and within about an hour Shane called to ask more questions and penciled me in. I love that I received a detailed inspection report with issues found grouped in different categories, pictures and explanations on why items should be serviced were even included. But I was never pressured into doing anything outside the scope of work I first called about. Final cost was no surprise, I had received a quote from Shane on the phone already. He answered all the questions I had. Will definitely be a recurring customer!

Update: I-70 still my favorite auto shop. This time I gave them a list of over 90 items to take care of. They work with you in person, phone, text. They provide comprehensive breakdowns of your service via a website. It shows exactly what they are doing to your vehicle. Love it. Great experience when an oil leak appeared. They have amazing custom service and communication skills. I will be using them in the future.

I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. Turns out it was a very wise decision. Initially I was told it would probably be Monday before they could service my vehicle but the actually had it all repaired days before. The work I had done was high quality. I scheduled my appointment online, and Joe reached out to me to confirm; date, time and service requested. When I dropped my car off for service, I received a text outlining a vehicle inspection, with pictures to bring to my attention recommended maintenance based on priority that would allow me to prioritize future service schedules. Joe then followed up with a call to explain the repair work for which my car was being serviced for that day. The work was performed on time, and at a fair price. I appreciate the attention to detail, friendly service, and no pressure approach to car maintenance and repairs. I-70 Auto Service is who I trust when people ask, "where do you take your car?"

I have started going to I-70 regularly. They are very capable and professional. The prices are reasonable. They are not pushy unlike some dealership experiences I've had. They take care of my car issues and if ever the problem is not resolved, they will fit me in to the schedule and reevaluate the problem without charging me again for the diagnostics.
