Truly a 5 star experience. These guys are thorough, honest, and take care of their customers. I was in town from out of state and needed my truck looked at for a turbo issue and these guys got me taken care of. Now I can get my family safely back home.

Great system of communication. They did a full work up on my car and sent me a link via text to review what was wrong with my vehicle (it also confirmed what is in good condition and what might need future attention or work). They did a fantastic job. They let me know pricing and what to expect up front. Took two days to replace my alternator and battery. They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Probably will never go to a different mechanic now that I’ve found this gem!

I found this repair shop during a google search. All the reviews were good. I didn't read one review that was bad. I couldn't believe it. Most people leave bad reviews just for the heck of it. But anyway, I dropped my car off and was given an uber ride to work at the repair shop's expense. I dont know of any other repair shop that does that. Although there may be some. Not very many I am sure. I received a text stating that my car inspection was ready. Omg I was not expecting pictures and such a through report. I was so impressed. However, I could not afford the repairs because for one I dont want to invest that type of money into the car. But I am sure it was a fair price (20 hours labor). Another repair shop told me I had a completely different issue with my car. I-70 Auto Service checked it out and said no "these are your issues" More expensive issues but the correct issue. I really appreciate honesty. My vehicle is old (2006) and my engine problems are typical on my type of vehicle. If and when I ever need my car checked out this is where I will be taking my car in the future. No lying, upfront about everything with pictures to prove it. I wish all repair shops did business like I-70. Kudos to the owner and all the mechanics. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!!

Best place in KCMO if your having car trouble. Very trust worthy and they give you pics of the problems concerning your vehicle.

Shane and Tyler were great! I’m from out of town and AAA towed me there in the evening! They gave me a call before they were even open the next morning! Did the diagnostics and dealt with my warranty company! The explained everything to me so I could understand. The work was actually $100 less than the quote, and the car was done faster than they told me:) Thanks for making my experience as enjoyable as possible, with a crazy turn of events with our family vacation.
