Great service!

Polite customer service, even after I talked to him poorly. He handled it professionally. Shane has a hard job. Lol. He deals with people who think they know everything, who make emotional decisions based on thier opinion. I've never used I-70 personally, but I may have had a small outburst with thier customer service staff. (that I'm not perticuliarly proud of) and Shane handled it very well.

I dropped off my vehicle to get it checked out; to see what was wrong with it, and I must say... The guys over there are thorough, and on point. They tell you what's going on, down to the last bolt. They get it done right. Opened my eyes as to what a repair service should be. This will be my go to spot from here on out. Much appreciated.

Thanks to Shane and his crew, all diagnostics for my BMW 750I were completed expeditiously and all questions answered. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable staff in up to date technology and provided great service. I gave them an "A" plus and would recommend them for any kind of work needed.

Found I-70 Auto Service when searching for a certified shop to work on my Lexus. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the actual service and information received on the overall health of the car was top notch right down to text messages showing photographs of fluid levels, brake issues and a very dirty cabin filter. Shane was incredibly thorough, organized and responsive. I will not be taking my cars anywhere but I-70 Auto.
