I’m a hard grader but I gave I-70 Auto 4 stars because they prepared me for the worst and best-case scenarios before performing the repairs, worked up estimates for each, made professional tecommendations, tracked down the electrical problem in my car, tested for the cause, and fixed both the problem ... and the cause of it so it won’t occur again. Excellent technical and communication. Plus nice customer service - they provided an Uber to get me home and offered me a loaner car while my car was being worked on. I would recommend Shane, Tyler, and their crew to friends & relatives.

My van was towed there today by my roadside assistance, and the shop said they wouldn't be able to fit me in for two days. Instead of keeping me there and making me wait for a simple repair, they worked together with the tow driver to find another place that could do the repairs today. I can't say enough good things about this shop. 5 stores for a reason.

They do a great job here! All the credit to Tyler the owner and the fantastic job everyone does. Absolute excellence. Highly recommended will be taking my car in the future to their shop.

Everyone is polite and helpful. It is great that they loan you a car free of charge while they work on your car which helps a lot so your not stranded.
