These guys dropped a new engine into my Sprinter about fifteen thousand miles ago. I waited to write this until I could make sure that all was well. And it is. So- they helped me out by getting it done quickly. I used this van for my business and as such I could have folded had it taken a long time. The whole job cost $12,000 LESS than what Mercedes would have charged me (as reported by Mercedes) They were professional and reassuring without being overconfident every step of the way, keeping in touch etc. They knew that I was from out of town, somewhat desperate, and that I did not want to use a dealership, despite all of this they did not take advantage of me or my situation. So they have all of the right tools for the Mercedes Sprinter van as well as the expertise. They are honest and easy to work with. If I could think of more great things to say I would. I will add to this review if I think of other relevant details. Thanks to Tyler and the whole crew! You guys did me a really good turn.

Great experiences the few times my cars have been in for service. Escalade and a Bmw so they can handle almost all brands of vehicles. I highly recommend them for your all your vehicle problems.

Tyler helped me get my car checked in, I’m impressed at how thorough my service check up was. I think if I brought my car here right when I bought it I would have saved quite a bit of money. I would recommend for anyone to take their car here for the wide array of services offered. They are courteous, upfront, honest and not pushy at all.

Top notch service. Shane and Tyler at front desk are very helpful and Michael is a super car detective able to solve any mystery! I had 3 things wrong and he was able to diagnose everything and give me repair options. This is a great place to go if you have mystery fault codes or hard to figure out noises. They also do a thorough courtesy inspection with every oil change that helps me stay on top of things. I highly recommend this shop to all my friends!

Great guys up here. They are really helpful and I feel comfortable having my car here. They had a list for me that had what was all good, then what needed to be done soon, and what really needed to be done ASAP to let me be aware and they also had photos of under my car for spots that they had concerns of. Very organized here . I recommend this place and I will certainly be bringing my car back in the future for any help!
