Two weeks ago I moved from Florida to Kansas City, Missouri. While I was traveling, my car broke down in Georgia; I had to tow it the remainder of the trip. After explaining my situation to the staff at I-70 auto, they extended a professional courtesy when I needed it the most. The I-70 staff did not take advantage of my situation, unlike some of the other places I called. They were honest and considerate of my needs. Thank you I-70 staff for your emphasis on customer service!
