I-70 has the BEST customer service! Everyone is so friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and gain your trust. I really like that they use a great software system to record inspections of the car each time I take it in, including taking pictures of any important damage. They are transparent and will show you those pictures so you can become knowledgeable about your car. I never feel like they are trying to scam me into high-priced car parts or repairs. And its nice that they can shuttle you home while they work on your car, or you can opt to use one of their loaner cars. Just recently moving to Kansas City, I feel comfortable knowing I have a trustworthy place to take my car when I need repairs. Joe and Tyler, thanks for the honest business you have created!

I-70 Auto is simply the best shop in Missouri, not just KC. My family has been coming here for generations. Which makes since because this is a generational family-owned local business. The kind of place KC takes a lot of pride in having in our community. Tyler will most likely answer the phone when you call, which is also pretty cool, because he's the owner and he's there working his butt off with his guys everyday. I have taken everything from my Land Rover to my 3000GT here and it's always the best service money can buy. They even do all the NAPA courses for the entire region here! You know they're the best!
