ANY TIME MY COMPANY VEHICLE HAS AN ISSUE, WHETHER ITS A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE OR A MAJOR REPAIR, ALL I HAVE TO DO IS MAKE A PHONE CALL AND I CAN COUNT ON IT BEING DONE RIGHT!!! FROM THE OFFICE STAFF TO THE TECHNICIANS IN THE SHOP, THEY ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL AT WHAT THEY DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND I-70 AUTO TO EVERYONE WITH AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS.

I recently went in for electrical issues with my Aztec. The issues were diagnosed quickly I was only without my car for 2 days and this shop dosent try to bully you into additional repairs but suggests what you may need to get done and how soon. I had a good professional experience and I will be returning. Thank you.

I-70 has great customer service and I trust their work. Only have one car? And it needs to stay in the shop? No problem, they'll send you home with a loan car. It's super helpful!

LIFE SAVERS!!! Broke down on the highway on a commute to the city early in the morning, these guys welcomed me in with no appointment. Not only that they had me looked at and repaired by 4:00 the same day! I was so scared to try to find a mechanic that would not try to stick it to me just because I was stranded so far from home. The prices were more than reasonable and they didn't try to sell me more work than I needed. I will gladly recommend them to anyone in the KC AREA. I will definitely send my family and friends that way. :) THANK YOU!!!!!

I set up an appointment through their online site and received confirmation within 10 minutes. Additionally, when my wife went in to get an oil change, they treated her with great respect and she had nothing but praise for them. As newcomers to the KC area we will certainly be taking our business back there. Exceptional experience.

I just moved to the Kansas City area; and had no idea where to go. Im so happy and so thankful that I found I 70 auto repair. Thank you for such an amazing job, Tyler in particular who answered all my emails I sent and explained to me what was going on with me car !!! I've been going to I-70 Auto for about a year and I can confirm that they completely stand up to their high reviews are are worth every penny. Since moving to Kansas City I had been trying to find a decently priced, honest, courteous repair shop with no luck. I felt taken advantage of, disrespected and unsure about what repairs I did or did not need. I-70 completely changed all of that. They explain things to me when I ask without being condescending and their prices are fair. They take the time to tell me what services they suggest I need in the future which makes me feel invested in my car without feeling like I'm being upsold. The shop is always clean, their employees are fantastic and I really cannot recommend them enough.

Good customer service and a fair price. Appreciated the ride to work. Communication left something to be desired, and the tech seemed a little inexperienced. I had to point out some details that were not right, which were then corrected. New bumper looks slightly tilted, which I will have to adjust. Over all pretty good.

Went in for oil change and they performed it in timely manner. My favorite part was the waiting room. While I waited they have a Keurig coffee maker, cracker packages, and a place to charge my phone. That was literally my favorite part. I feel like it was also affordable. A+ Edit: been to this location many times. During a lengthy fix they provided a ride for me so that I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. Tyler and Joe are awesome

I am a District General Manager for a company that has a fairly large fleet. Tyler and Joe at I-70 Auto maintain my entire fleet of company owned cars and trucks of many different varieties. My trucks are the mainstay of my business and keeping them on the road and up to DOT standards is imperative. Many times my trucks will need a repair and I only have a small window of time to get them repaired and back on the road. These guys are top notch and know getting my trucks repaired and out the door is the most obstacle due to parts availability and scheduling headaches. They are at the top of their field in customer satisfaction and they stand behind their work 100%. A++ you won't find a better shop in the entire KC area.
