Tyler and Edwin were informative, affable, and considerate. I was able to determine what I needed to get done on my car in an informed way after telling them I need a complete check-up for an upcoming cross-country road trip. They offered to-and-from shuttle service so I didn't have to wait around. They put a lot of attention into the oil change and 30 point complementary inspection. They communicated well and suggested that I have a new cabin filter put in. I agreed that that would be a good idea, and they were able to put it in the same day. Overall, the service and staff were trustworthy, efficient, and no-nonsense. I would definitely recommend others to take their car here if they need it serviced in Kansas City. I found this place online based on high marks and reviews among many local auto services businesses, and I have to say I'm glad to be able to pass on the word!
