I recently moved to Kansas City, and I really got lucky finding I-70 Auto. The staff and owner (Joe) are unbelievably friendly and welcoming. They are also honest and genuine, which is rare to find in the auto service industry. This is a family owned business, and the level of customer service is unparalleled. They are very accommodating, if you need to they will come pick up your car and drop it back off when they're finished. I can't recommend this place enough - if you think you might need some repairs or just basic maintenance, this is definitely the place to go.

Joe treats customers as he wants to be treated. He is a professional who demonstrates complete honesty, exceptional work ethic and integrity. As I experienced a flat tire, he immediately ordered a non-standard tire, completed an oil change and had me back on the road and returning to my business schedule swiftly. After 26 years serving as a Marine, it is a pleasure observing a business owner who completely cares for every detail of his business to include the work performed, his customers and his employees.
