Kansas City Auto Repair

Being new to KC I was skeptical about auto service places. After getting an oil change at Firestone and being told my car needed over $1,700 in repairs I was desperate for a second opinion. After Googling places, I came across I-70 Auto Service. I called and made a same day appointment. Tyler at the front desk was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Joe took my car for a spin to test it out for himself. After about 45 minutes he came in and explained his findings. Told me what repairs were absolutely necessary or a safety hazard and told me the ones that weren't urgent, especially if I wasn't going to keep the car long term. Firestone had made it seem like ever single repair they mentioned was absolutely imperative. I'm so happy I found I-70 and don't plan on every taking my car anywhere else, not even for an oil change.

This is one of the few mechanic shops I've ever been to where I didn't feel like they were trying to squeeze as much out of me as they could. I will be returning.

I have taken both of my vehicles to I-70 for about 3 years. I have never been disappointed in their services. Joe is definately the go to guy:) They continue to impress me.

I took my 2008 Honda Fit to I-70 Auto Care to have the brakes replaced after reading all the positive reviews. I could not have had a more positive experience. Joe Sevart was both knowledgable and personable while keeping my final cost reasonable. It is difficult to find an honest mechanic, that said I will be returning for all of my car care needs.

I trust I-70 Auto to keep my car in excellent working condition. Planning a six city teaching tour starts with a stop at I-70 Auto. Can't hit the road until I know my car is at it's best. Thank you Joe and Tyler!
