I was incredibly impressed with this shop. Their follow-up before, during and after was impressive and I have to say that overall, I was pleasantly surprised. I found them mentioned on a Mercedes Benz forum and decided to give them a try. I’ll admit that I was quite apprehensive about using a non-Mercedes dealer for service but my experiences with KC MB service is that I find them sloppy and arrogant and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect for MB when I lived in Chicago and Washington DC. I had my spark plugs replaced and my brake fluid replaced by I70. I am a bit of a advanced DYIer but I wasn’t pulling that entire manifold off to get to the Driver-side plugs and I never mess with brake flushing. As I always do when I get home, I gave them the same inspection at home that I give MB. I found everything to be as it should be and I didn’t find splatter around the reservoir which I find insanely irritating. Speaking of pet peeves, my cabin did NOT have oil on the door or steering wheel. I will be returning to I70 Auto for future service.

My name is DJ Vaughn and I dropped my car (Mazda 2013 Touring) off here for an engine diagnostic, since it wouldn't stop stalling. Within a business day, I was emailed a full diagnostic of not only my engine, but the entire car. Anything possibly wrong with the vehicle, I know about. And the work done to fix my engine was perfect. It was an unexpected repair, but the cost wasn't too bad. If I need any further work done, I'm coming here first.

Mr. Shane and his crew were heaven sent. We were heading back home after a day at Children’s Mercy rehabilitation clinic for my daughter. She had been in an ATV accident a year ago and still in rehabilitation. Due to construction and detours we found ourselves in an area I did not know. Then our tire blew out, I pulled into what looked like a vacant parking lot. To my surprise it was a garage. Mr. Shane took a look at the tire and said it needed to be replace and they didn’t have that tire in stock. He then called ordered a tire and his crew put it on so we could get home (a three hour drive). I am so thankful and truly believe it was God who made sure we were in capable good hands. Took my 2016 Prius in for its 90,000 maintenance check. The mechanics did a computerized analysis to affect the needed filters replacement, oil change, etc. The price was less than half the cost another imports' garage told me and well worth it.

Truly superb service. I was interested in buying a Mercedes E350 from a dealer near I-70, and although both the CarFax and AutoCheck reports were fine, I knew I needed to have an experienced set of eyes on the car for me as we were buying the car from California. Their inspection uncovered several thousand dollars in needed repairs - so I of course passed on the car. AJ and everyone were totally pro, prompt, polite, and helpful. A great experience in every way.
